Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it. For United Kingdom orders, please expect delivery within 4-8 business days.

If the address provided during checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to, and the tracking indicates successful shipment, it is solely the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages, and in such cases, please contact the courier( United Kingdom post) for assistance if any issues arise.

Tongue Twister Junction does not assume responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We cannot provide refunds or credits for packages that the courier has confirmed as delivered.

After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification that includes the package tracking number. 

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc., are listed and processed in Great Britain pounds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes. Tongue Twister Junction is not responsible foe covering the customs tax.
